Fantastic products and awesome customer support. Got my stuff in less than a day after placing the order. The shorts are top quality and totally fit the bill - I took the Endure shorts on a 40k trail run and felt no discomfort at all - plus, they’re crafted from recycled materials. I sent back another pair that didn’t fit right. The return was free, and I got my refund in just three days. No complaints here!

Being a first-time buyer, I gotta say I'm quite impressed with these new running tights - the design is awesome and they feel really comfy. They fit just right, no bunching or slipping at all. This is the best upgrade to my running gear in ages, and you can bet I'll be shopping with them again!

I picked up the Engineered Hoodie and it’s just right for this kind of weather. The design keeps you cozy when it’s chilly, but I didn’t feel like I was sweating buckets at all - It’s made a big difference for my runs. The thumb cuffs were also a clever addition, helping to keep my hands warmer too. I placed my order last week and it showed up in just a few days, quicker than I thought. I’m already eyeing their other engineered items. Would totally recommend.

I absolutely adore this kit; I can always count on Tribe for top-notch quality. The fabric they use is way better than the typical sports or running gear. I did have a hiccup with my order, but they fixed it right away—super fast response and super easy to reach out to. Swapping sizes was a breeze too.

I'm really impressed with the quality. I picked up their engineered tee, and it feels fantastic on the skin. It also does a great job of wicking away moisture - this is the type of workout tee you can rock for hours without it getting uncomfortable. I'm planning to return for more.

The running gear is pretty good, but man, the customer service is nowhere to be found. I ordered a merino running top that was meant to be a large, but it fit more like an xxl. After just an hour of running, it was hanging down past my shorts. Plus, I noticed a seam was split too. I shot off two emails and still haven’t heard back...

I got a size that wasn’t what I ordered. I shot an email over and got a quick response the same day from Mr. Walker, who was super helpful and explained the mix-up. The right item arrived in no time. The quality of what I received is really impressive, and the shipping was speedy. I’ll definitely shop with Tribesports again and would recommend it to others.

What a nightmare! I ordered a Parkrun t-shirt in the second week of May for my dad's gift. Paid right away, but then got an email saying the shirt wouldn't ship until July 1st. That was fine, but I was moving at the end of June, so I reached out to change the delivery address. No reply. Waited a week and tried again. Still nothing. A week before my move, I opened a dispute with PayPal, thinking that might get them to respond. I even sent another email through the dispute system to a different address... still crickets. PayPal looked into my claim and gave Tribesports two weeks to respond, which ended today, and guess what? No reply! As a business owner, I’m shocked they’re still in business with such a lack of care for customers. It’s a real bummer that Parkrun relies on this company for their sales because I won’t be buying from them again.

I’m really impressed. Earlier this year, I bought an apricot parkrun t-shirt, and the lettering started to peel off. I shot a quick email to Tribesports, and they told me to send it back using their returns slip for a replacement. I mailed my shirt back on Monday, and by Saturday, my new one was already here! I never thought it would arrive that fast!

At the time of the exchange, I also asked if they could send a smaller size since I had lost some weight since my original order, not really expecting them to accommodate that. But when my new shirt came, it was the smaller size I requested!

I can't fault their service at all and will definitely recommend them to others.

I made an order on November 8th and got a confirmation email right away. But, two weeks rolled by and still no sign of my stuff, plus no updates from TribeSports. I was pretty annoyed to find out there wasn’t a contact number, so I shot them an email - but got crickets in response. It wasn’t until I posted on their Facebook page and sent a couple of messages that I finally heard back. To their credit, my order did show up a few days later, and I got a nice note from Will. I told Will that wrapping the catalogue they included with my order in a bow seemed a bit odd when there are clearly bigger fish to fry for the company. As for the quality, I can’t say much since it’s a gift. I might give them another shot because I dig their philosophy, but just one more shot...

I placed an order for three items about six months ago. When the package finally showed up after two weeks, it had a note saying one of my items would arrive a week later. To my surprise, one of the other two items was completely wrong. Not sure what to think about that...

A week later, I got an email stating that the third item was unexpectedly out of stock and would be sent to me at the beginning of 2016 (I received this email in October 2015). Quite strange...

After waiting for half a year without any updates, I took it upon myself to reach out to the company. Turns out, they had totally forgotten about my order and, oh, they had no plans to restock the item I was missing. What a fantastic service.

The quality of the items I did get was just okay, and with the high prices and the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced, I really can't wrap my head around how others have had such a positive experience.

I'm a big fan of Tribesports' running gear - it's honestly the best stuff I've used since I took up running a few years back. Totally recommend it.
